ATTC’s Foundation in TESOL (FiT) course provides a useful introduction to English grammar and a practical approach to teaching skills and tasks appropriate for adults. It serves as an excellent introductory course for anyone who is thinking about teaching English to speakers of other languages.

– Review English grammar and learn the terminology that you need when teaching English
– Learn about current methodology and teaching tasks for teaching adults
– Participate in practical teaching demonstrations given by your experienced Teacher Trainer
– Observe real classes taught by experienced teachers
– Optional component - Prepare for the University of Cambridge TKT – an internationally recognised examination for teachers of English

Course participants can also gain international certification by taking the University of Cambridge ESOL Teaching Knowledge Test (TKT) on completion of their Foundation in TESOL (FiT) course.
